Biography: Brooke Schneider
Classes: Ballet and Tap
Education: Loyola Marymount University where she double majored in both Dance and Communications. Current Cooley Law Student.
Experience: Brooke Schneider grew up in Joliet, Illinois where she began dancing at the age of 2. She danced for Midwest Dance Company under the direction of Tracie Marciniak and has been trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary. Brooke moved to Los Angeles at the age of 18 to pursue her passion in dance. While training at Edge Performing Arts Center she continued to develop her technique and performance skills. While attending college, Brooke began auditioning and dancing in various performances. Some of her favorites include: Vinyette Rendezvous, Legends and Bones, Bedtime Stories and Modern Sin. Brooke has also danced throughout countries in Europe including, France, Germany, and Belgium. Her most recent and rewarding professional experience was dancing with Rhetoracle Dance Company, a contemporary jazz company based out of Los Angeles. Brooke is very excited to be teaching at The Movement Company and cannot wait to share her passion for dance with all the students.
